Tour de France riders sleep outside after grim hotel conditions

Riders from teams including Uno-X Mobility and Alpecin-Premier Tech have complained about substandard hotels during the Tour de France's first rest day. Some, like Tobias and Anders Halland Johannessen, opted to sleep outside after finding dead insects and other issues in their rooms.
